Terms of service

These terms govern a business organization's membership in Monkeymaxxing VIP, including its use of the hosted services and email support.

Last updated: 26 October 2026.

Who these terms bind

These terms are an agreement between Galloram Studios, LLC and the organization that accepts them. Galloram Studios, LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, entity ID 2025-001610326. Its address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We call Galloram Studios, LLC “Galloram” or “we,” the organization “the member,” and Monkeymaxxing VIP “VIP.”

The person accepting these terms confirms that they have authority to bind the member. Acceptance is on the organization's behalf. Someone without that authority must not accept these terms or open a membership for the organization. VIP records the version accepted and the time of acceptance.

VIP is sold only to businesses, for business use. It is not a consumer subscription and is not intended for anyone under 18. People who use the member's account must be authorized by the member. The member is responsible for their use, including use by coding agents and other programs acting for the member.

These terms include binding individual arbitration and a class-action waiver. The section Governing law and disputes explains the agreement and its exceptions.

What the membership provides

VIP provides services outside the member's own Linux servers: MMHotline's Lifeline, public status pages, vulnerability alerts for Debian and Ubuntu packages, and support from a person by email. Every package includes these features and every person on the member's team. What VIP includes describes the membership. The limits below apply to every package.

While the membership is active, the member may use VIP for its own business, subject to these terms and its package's server allowance. That right is non-exclusive. It does not transfer ownership of VIP or permit resale of access. Public status pages may be shown to the member's customers as part of the included service.

VIP does not operate or maintain the member's servers. The member remains responsible for its infrastructure, software, internet connections, notification services, and the decisions it makes using VIP. Email support does not transfer those responsibilities to Galloram.

Buying VIP

Paddle and payment terms

Paddle.com Market Limited is VIP's reseller and merchant of record.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle's own buyer terms govern the payment transaction. The member must review and accept the buyer terms presented at checkout. These terms govern Galloram's provision of VIP; they do not replace the member's agreement with Paddle. Product and technical support from Galloram is described under Email support.

Paddle's checkout opens on the members' website at vip.monkeymaxxing.com. Paddle collects and holds card and billing details. Galloram never sees card numbers. Galloram receives subscription information needed to provide the selected package, including its status and the number of extra server blocks.

Packages and server counts

The current subscription prices are on the Prices page. Prices are in US dollars and are a flat price per company. There is no price per person. VIP Launch covers up to 3 servers, VIP Startup up to 10, VIP Growth up to 30, and VIP Scale up to 100. Above 100, the member buys further blocks of 50 servers at the prices shown on that page.

A server is a machine that MMWatchdog watches. Containers do not count. The member must state its server count accurately at sign-up and move to the next package when its fleet exceeds the current allowance. Above VIP Scale's allowance, the member must buy enough extra blocks to cover its fleet. Adding people to a team does not increase its server allowance or its price.

VIP is available on standard terms only. We do not offer custom contracts or negotiated prices. The package, billing interval, and extra blocks selected at checkout determine the subscription purchased.

Trial and recurring billing

Every package includes a 14-day free trial that requires a card. Unless the owner cancels before the trial ends, the membership becomes paid and Paddle charges the card. Cancellation during the trial prevents that first subscription charge.

The member chooses monthly or annual billing. The subscription renews and Paddle charges for each new billing period unless the owner cancels before renewal. Annual billing costs ten months' price and buys a year of access. The annual amount is charged for the year, rather than collected in monthly installments.

Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where applicable. The member must give Paddle accurate billing and tax information. Payment, invoices, and payment-method questions are handled through Paddle under its buyer terms.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. A change applies only from the next billing period after at least 30 days' notice by email to the owner. It does not change the price of an already paid period. A member that does not accept the new price must cancel before the change applies. Updating the public prices page alone does not replace the required email notice.

Cancellation and refunds

The owner may cancel at any time in Paddle's customer portal. The members' website at vip.monkeymaxxing.com links to that portal. Cancellation stops the next charge. Access continues until the end of the paid month or year, subject to the suspension and termination provisions below. Removing a key, stopping check-ins, or ceasing to use VIP does not cancel billing.

The Refund policy forms part of these terms. Every monthly or annual payment qualifies for a full refund on request within 30 days of that payment. The member requests the refund through Paddle at paddle.net. After 30 days, there is no refund, except that a clear mistake, such as a double charge, is always refunded. Rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude remain unaffected.

Cancellation and a refund request are different actions. The owner should cancel through Paddle's customer portal to stop renewal and use Paddle's refund process to request money back. These terms do not impose a separate Galloram refund procedure or shorten the refund policy's request period.

Accounts, people, and keys

The owner and members

Each organization has exactly one owner. The owner manages billing through Paddle's customer portal, invites and removes members, and manages system keys and shared agent keys. Before leaving the organization, the owner must hand ownership to another member.

Members can send support messages, post status page updates, view the Lifeline's last check-in, and send a test. Each member can also create a personal key for their own coding agent. A person identified by one email address may belong to several organizations. The member must ensure that people and programs act in the correct organization.

The member must keep its organization information and the owner's email address current. The owner must remove access when a person is no longer authorized. The member is responsible for the instructions its authorized people and programs send to VIP.

Sign-in and key security

Sign-in uses an email link and a six-digit code, or a passkey. VIP stores no passwords. The member must protect the email accounts, devices, sign-in links, codes, and passkeys used to access VIP. A person must not give another person access through their own sign-in.

VIP has three kinds of keys:

Keys are shown once when created. Each key shows when it was last used. The owner or member can delete a key within their account permissions. The member must keep keys secret, give them only to authorized programs, and delete compromised keys promptly. The member must tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access or misuse affecting VIP.

We may disable a key that has leaked or is being misused. Disabling a system key can interrupt requests from MMHotline and MMWatchdog. The member must restore authorized access with a replacement key and check the affected integrations.

Features and their limits

MMHotline's Lifeline

The Lifeline is a backup path for the member's own MMHotline. MMHotline runs on the member's server and remains the main alerting path. VIP is not in that main path. The member must maintain its own alerting and must never use the Lifeline as a replacement for that alerting.

Every minute, MMHotline sends VIP a check-in with up to 10 held messages. A held message is a ready-made HTTPS request to the member's notification service, with a delay. If check-ins stop, the Lifeline sends held messages after their delays, subject to the service's operation and limitations. Held messages may target only public addresses over HTTPS. They must not target private or internal addresses.

We do not promise that a held message will be delivered. An attempted request is not proof that a notification provider accepted it or that a person received or read an alert. VIP, networks, and notification providers can fail. The member must configure and test the messages, delays, destinations, and notification accounts it uses.

The member must have the right to send every held message and use every destination and credential included in it. The member is responsible for its accounts with notification providers and their charges and terms. The Lifeline does not supply those accounts or make those providers' services part of the VIP subscription.

Public status pages

VIP provides one public status page for each member. The member's team writes every word on that page. The member is responsible for every notice's accuracy, legality, and effect, including statements about incidents and recovery. Galloram does not verify or endorse the notices.

Status page content is public by design. The member must not post secrets or personal information that it has no right to publish. The member must have the right to use any host name it connects to its page, such as status.example.com. The member remains responsible for control of that host name.

Status pages do not include subscriber emails or text messages, automatic uptime bars, or a list of components. Publishing a notice does not notify subscribers through another channel. The member must arrange any customer notifications it needs outside the status page.

Vulnerability alerts for Debian and Ubuntu packages

VIP's vulnerability data comes from OSV.dev and CISA. MMWatchdog alerts the team when an installed Debian or Ubuntu package has a flaw on CISA's list of exploited vulnerabilities, whether or not a fix exists. The member's coding agent can search known flaws in those packages.

Coverage is limited to Debian and Ubuntu packages. It excludes software from other repositories, downloaded or self-built programs, container images, and application libraries. MMWatchdog sends package names and the distribution release, not installed versions. The member must assess whether a reported flaw affects its actual systems.

Vulnerability alerts and search results are information, not a security guarantee. Source data can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. No alert does not mean that a server is safe. The member remains responsible for security assessment, patching, remediation, and monitoring software outside the stated coverage.

Email support

Galloram provides support from a person by email at [email protected]. A member may also have its coding agent send a support message through the VIP API at api.monkeymaxxing.com. That message is sent to the support mailbox with the agent's diagnosis and what it tried.

Support covers MMX, MMWatchdog, MMHotline, VIP, and the Fleet conventions, Monkeymaxxing's way to lay out and run a fleet of servers. Support is available during US business hours on US business days: Monday to Friday, except US federal holidays. There is no phone support and no support at night.

VIP Startup, VIP Growth, and VIP Scale include priority support. Those messages are answered first, with a reply from a person by the end of the next US business day. VIP Launch has no promised reply time. A promised reply is not a promise to resolve the issue within that time.

The member must provide information reasonably needed to understand a support request. The member should omit unnecessary secrets and personal information. Advice does not make Galloram the operator of the member's systems. The member must review proposed actions before applying them to its own servers.

Acceptable use

The member must use VIP lawfully and must ensure its people and programs do the same. The member must not:

Using an included public status page for the member's customers does not itself constitute resale. The member must not use a status page as a way to distribute spam or attacks. We may disable abusive keys, remove unlawful or abusive content, or suspend affected access under Suspension and termination.

The free open-source tools

MMX sets up servers, MMWatchdog watches servers, and MMHotline provides on-call alerting on the team's own server. These tools are free and open source under their own licenses. Those licenses govern the member's use, copying, modification, and distribution of the tools.

The tools are not part of what these terms sell, apart from the support described above. A VIP subscription buys hosted services and support, not an exclusive license to the free tools. Ending VIP does not end rights already granted under the tools' licenses. Restrictions on reselling VIP access do not replace those licenses.

Data and privacy

The Privacy policy explains the personal data Galloram holds, its purposes, providers, and retention periods. Galloram acts as controller for account and sign-in data, billing information received from Paddle, support mail it answers, request logs, and security and abuse data. Paddle acts independently for the payment data it collects as merchant of record.

Galloram acts as processor on the member's behalf for personal data in held messages, status page posts, and other content the member's people or programs put into VIP. Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection applies to that processing, the Data processing agreement forms part of these terms. Its applicable transfer provisions form part of that agreement.

The data processing agreement controls conflicts about processing personal data on the member's behalf. Any mandatory Standard Contractual Clauses control as provided in those clauses. These terms do not reduce data subjects' rights under applicable law.

The member must have the rights and legal basis needed to provide personal data and instruct its processing. The member must give required notices and obtain required permissions. Public status page content must be suitable for public disclosure. Galloram does not use members' data to train AI models or sell or share personal data for advertising.

When a membership ends

VIP deletes an organization's data 30 days after its membership ends, including after cancellation takes effect or a trial ends without payment. VIP also deletes the account of each person who then belongs to no other organization. For a cancelled paid subscription, membership ends when paid access ends, rather than when the owner first selects cancellation.

Deleted data leaves database backups within three weeks as the oldest backups expire. Some records have separate retention periods. Held messages are deleted when replaced or sent. Sent email leaves VIP's outbox after 30 days. Support mail is kept as needed to answer and follow up, and is deleted on request unless law requires retention. Paddle keeps payment records under its own policy.

The member must keep its own copies of information it needs after membership ends. The retention period does not extend paid access or promise a data recovery service. The data processing agreement also governs deletion of personal data processed on the member's behalf.

Intellectual property and member content

Galloram and its licensors retain their rights in VIP, its software, branding, and materials. These terms grant only the access rights described above. They do not transfer trademarks, source code ownership, or other intellectual property. Open-source rights remain governed by the applicable licenses.

The member retains its rights in the content it supplies, including held messages and status page notices. The member grants Galloram a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content as necessary to provide VIP. Public display applies to content the member submits for publication. The license also permits necessary processing by providers acting for Galloram, subject to the data processing agreement where applicable.

The license lasts while needed to provide VIP and carry out the retention and deletion described above. It does not authorize unrelated advertising or AI training. The member confirms that it has the rights needed to grant this license.

If the member voluntarily gives suggestions for improving VIP, Galloram may use those suggestions without payment or attribution. The member grants a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for that purpose. Feedback permission does not give Galloram broader rights to personal data, secrets, or other member content included in a support request.

Availability and warranties

VIP has no service level agreement. We do not promise an uptime percentage, uninterrupted availability, or service credits. The priority support reply commitment above is separate from service availability and does not promise an incident resolution time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIP is provided “as is” and “as available.” Except for express commitments in these terms and the data processing agreement, Galloram disclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties. These include merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that VIP will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every security flaw. We do not warrant that it will meet every requirement, deliver every held message, or identify every vulnerability. These disclaimers do not exclude obligations or warranties that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galloram's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to VIP or these terms is limited to the fees the member paid for VIP in the 12 months before the claim. Fees paid through Paddle count toward that amount. Multiple claims do not increase the cap.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galloram is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This exclusion includes lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or lost data to the extent those losses constitute such damages. It applies even if Galloram was advised that the damages were possible.

These limits apply regardless of the legal theory, including contract, negligence, or other tort. They do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not override mandatory provisions of the data processing agreement or its Standard Contractual Clauses. The refund rights described above remain available under their stated conditions.

The member's indemnity

The member must defend and indemnify Galloram and its personnel against third-party claims arising from the member's content or misuse of VIP. This includes claims that content infringes another person's rights or that held messages were used for unlawful communications or attacks. The obligation covers damages, settlements, and reasonable legal costs attributable to such claims. It does not cover a claim to the extent caused by Galloram's own breach of these terms or unlawful conduct.

Galloram will promptly notify the member of a claim and provide reasonable cooperation at the member's expense. The member may control the defense using competent counsel. The member must not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by Galloram or imposes obligations on Galloram without Galloram's written consent. Galloram may participate through its own counsel at its own expense.

Suspension and termination

The member may end its membership at any time by having the owner cancel through Paddle's customer portal. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The member may stop using VIP sooner without changing the refund policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these terms. We may act immediately where needed to stop abuse, protect security, or comply with law. Suspension may affect keys, the API, the members' website, status pages, and the Lifeline. The member must maintain its main alerting independently of VIP.

We will notify the owner by email of suspension or termination and its reason, unless law prohibits notice. Ending access does not remove valid refund rights or obligations arising before termination. Data is handled under When a membership ends.

Provisions that by their nature need to continue remain effective after termination. These include ownership, necessary retention and deletion, accrued payment obligations, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute resolution. The content license continues only to the extent described above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect at least 30 days after notice by email to the owner and publication on this page. The notice will identify the effective date. The member may cancel before the changes take effect if it does not accept them. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

VIP records the version the member accepted at sign-up and the time of acceptance. A later update does not rewrite that historical record. Changes do not retrospectively alter the terms governing a dispute that arose before the change took effect. Price changes follow the separate notice and billing-period rules under Price changes.

Governing law and disputes

Wyoming law governs these terms, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction's law. Mandatory applicable law remains unaffected. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration agreement below.

Except for the exceptions below, Galloram and the member agree to resolve disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or VIP through binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The seat of arbitration is Wyoming, United States. The JAMS rules explain the procedure. Fees are allocated under those rules and applicable law.

The arbitrator may award relief available under applicable law, subject to these terms' lawful limits. An award is binding, and judgment may be entered in a court with jurisdiction. Arbitration replaces a court trial for covered disputes. Galloram and the member waive trial by jury for those disputes.

Claims must be brought individually. Neither party may bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative proceeding against the other concerning a covered dispute. The arbitrator may not conduct class arbitration or combine different members' claims without all affected parties' consent.

Either party may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court with jurisdiction. Either party may also bring claims concerning intellectual property or seeking injunctive relief in a court with jurisdiction. Those claims are exceptions to mandatory arbitration. For other court proceedings permitted under this section, the parties consent to jurisdiction and venue in Wyoming's state and federal courts.

If a court finds the class-action waiver unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court rather than class arbitration. The remaining enforceable arbitration provisions continue to apply. This section governs disputes between Galloram and the member, not the member's separate disputes with Paddle.

General provisions

Entire agreement and priority

These terms, the incorporated refund policy, and the applicable data processing agreement form the entire agreement about Galloram's provision of VIP. The selected package, billing interval, and prices identify what the member buys. This agreement replaces prior discussions about that subject. Paddle's buyer terms govern its payment transaction separately.

The data processing agreement has the priority stated under Data and privacy. The refund policy controls refund eligibility. Support correspondence does not create a custom contract or amend these terms. Changes follow Changes to these terms.

Assignment and relationship

Neither party may assign this agreement without the other's written consent, except in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets. A permitted successor must assume the assigning party's obligations. Assignment does not remove protections for personal data under the data processing agreement or applicable law.

Galloram and the member are independent parties. These terms create no partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency between them. Neither party may bind the other to a separate obligation.

Severability and waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Any permitted adjustment must be limited to what is needed for enforceability. The specific rule about the class-action waiver above takes priority. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it on another.

Notices

We send contractual notices by email to the owner's address recorded in VIP. The member must keep that address current and monitor it. Notices to Galloram must be sent to [email protected]. The parties agree to electronic notices and acceptance where legally permitted. Formal service of legal proceedings remains subject to applicable procedural law.

Events beyond reasonable control

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, government action, or widespread network outages. The affected party must use reasonable efforts to notify the other and resume performance. This provision does not excuse payments already due, remove refund rights, or override mandatory data protection obligations.

Export controls and sanctions

The member must comply with applicable export controls and trade sanctions when accessing VIP or providing access to others. The member must not use or supply VIP where applicable law prohibits that activity, or for a prohibited person or purpose. Galloram may refuse or suspend access as required to comply with those laws.
