Prices
Monkeymaxxing VIP costs one flat price per company, set by the number of servers you run. Every person on your team is included.
The packages
| Package | Servers | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| VIP Launch | up to 3 | $29 a month | $290 a year |
| VIP Startup | up to 10 | $79 a month | $790 a year |
| VIP Growth | up to 30 | $199 a month | $1,990 a year |
| VIP Scale | up to 100 | $499 a month | $4,990 a year |
| Each further 50 servers above 100 | 50 more | $199 a month | $1,990 a year |
Every package includes the Lifeline, a public status page, vulnerability alerts for Debian and Ubuntu packages, and support from a person by email (what VIP includes). VIP Startup, Growth, and Scale add priority support: a reply from a person by the next US business day.
- Annual billing costs ten months' price, so two months are free.
- More than 100 servers: VIP Scale plus each further block of 50 servers. A fleet of 160 servers needs VIP Scale and two blocks: $499 + $199 + $199 = $897 a month.
- What counts as a server: a machine that MMWatchdog watches. Containers do not count. You state your server count at sign-up and move to the next package when your fleet grows past it.
- No price per person, no custom contracts, and no negotiated prices. Every company buys on the same terms.
Trial, cancellation, and refunds
- A 14-day free trial comes with every package. It needs a card, and the card is charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before.
- Cancel at any time in Paddle's customer portal, which the members' website links to. Cancelling stops the next charge, and access continues to the end of the month or year you paid for.
- A full refund within 30 days of every payment, monthly or annual, on request (refund policy).
Taxes and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Paddle, our reseller, handles the payment and adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, so the price at checkout can be higher than the price above. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for every order (terms of service).
Why these prices
The aim is a deal so good that VIP is easier than building the same thing yourself with a coding agent. VIP Launch costs about what a status page with its own address costs at a status page service, $13 to $30 a month. The Lifeline, the vulnerability alerts, and support from the people who make the tools come on top.
The packages follow the size of the fleet. A larger fleet means more servers under vulnerability alerts and more support questions. The server count is also the one number that every team already knows, so nobody has to work out the bill.
