Consulting

Matt helps companies with their production systems: new builds, maintenance, recovering and simplifying an existing system, migrations, and other systems problems. Consulting is sold separately from Monkeymaxxing VIP.

How it works

The usual shape is guidance. Matt helps your engineers reason about the system, investigate it, put the work in order, direct their coding agents, review the result, and prove that it works. Your engineers do as much of the hands-on work as they can, so the knowledge stays in your company.

Why pay for what is taught for free

The whole method is taught for free, in the lessons and the courses. What is scarce is thirty years of experience applied to your company: seeing what others miss, putting the work in the right order, and sharing responsibility for the decisions that matter.
