How refunds work for Monkeymaxxing VIP: every payment, monthly or annual, gets a full refund on request within 30 days.

A full refund within 30 days of each payment

Every payment for VIP, monthly or annual, gets a full refund if you ask within 30 days of that payment. You do not need to give a reason.

Paddle, our reseller and the merchant of record for every order, handles refunds. To ask for one:

1. Go to paddle.net.
2. Look up your order with the email address that received the receipt.
3. Ask for a refund of the payment.

You can also write to [email protected], and we pass the request to Paddle.

After 30 days

A payment that is more than 30 days old is not refunded. Cancelling stops the next charge, and access continues to the end of the month or year you paid for. You cancel in Paddle's customer portal, which the members' website at vip.monkeymaxxing.com links to.

The free trial

The 14-day trial is free. If you cancel before it ends, your card is never charged. If you do not cancel, the card is charged when the trial ends, and the 30 days start from that payment.

Mistakes

A clear mistake, such as a double charge, is refunded even after 30 days. Write to [email protected].
